Rupons house

This project is a detached house located in the urbanization la Plana, in the municipality of Sitges.

We designed the house with privacy as the main priority in each space, optimization of the solar collection, and cross ventilation. For this reason, and given that the house is located in a corner, we structured the house in a longitudinal axis that is more permeable, and a transverse axis where everything happens, placing the vertical core of communications in the center of the house. At the distribution level, this generates greater versatility of communication between the different rooms while allowing movement of the volumetry on each level, where we find several terraces and porches in each facade inside two slabs that divide the first floor.
