This project consists of the renovation of the façade of a residential building in Poble Sec neighborhood in Sitges, built in a residential area where the constructions are from the ’80s. The building was deteriorated due to the constructive systems used and the deterioration of the materials.
Our proposal aims to reconsider the solutions of the railing system, that are the main focus of the pathologies that we found so we decided to give the building a new aesthetic, using a white color that is the typical color of the houses of the neighborhood and we gave a touch of color to the balconies.
