This project consists of the refurbishment and extension project of a residential house located in Sitges.
We started with the actual structure in “L” shape. It creates a separation between the different rooms with different orientations that helps create natural ventilation of the spaces. The distribution creates a central area for the common areas. These areas are connected by the exterior terraces of the house.
