Villa Sofia

The project consists of the development of a single-family house located in the La Plana neighborhood in Sitges.

The house has four façades constructed with different volumes that are designed for optimal orientation. This creates a wide porch without pillars on the south facade, with solar protection elements that form the exterior design of the project. The materials used will ensure correct energy efficiency.

The main rooms are located in the main facade, where the housing is open to the views of the village and the best sunshine. The street facades become a more opaque dwelling, playing with the materiality of the natural stone, woodwork, and the merging of the housing with the vegetation.
