Refurbishment and extension of a single-family house located in Lloret de Mar.

The project transforms a traditional house to a modern architecture one. We optimized the living spaces, making it more spacious and with more open spaces. We created large openings so that all rooms can enjoy the view of the sea and the town of Lloret, as well as improving lighting and ventilation.
