The proposal for the new recreational space at Sitges Municipal Pool consists, mainly, in the reorganization of both public and private spaces. After locating three paddle courts, the public space is placed sideways, occupying the old parking surface, eliminating the limitation that existed between the plaza of the Pool and Rocar Park. This arrangement supposes the creation of a new public square, of greater surface from the previous one, that reorganizes the space so it flows diagonally until the front space of the bar located in the swimming pool building. Moreover, this new square links the school CEIP Miquel Utrillo, located next to the pool, with the public space, creating a new confluence of pubic spaces and the park located on the opposite side of the pool, where the petanque court, the park and the Espai Jove space are currently located, making these spaces a great set of integrated leisure spaces for all types of users.
