This Project starts with the refurbishment and extension of a 70’S residential house located in Vilanova y la Geltrú.

The design is given by the spatial needs, giving the residence four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a polyvalent living-room, an entrance hall and a ground floor with an open concept that connects the main living room with the kitchen, being these spaces the link between the main playground and the backyard.

The volumetric concept transforms the residence into contemporary architecture, creating different exterior spaces and giving the façade versatility and movement. The exterior window doors protect the interior of the building depending on the climate conditions.
