This project involves the full renovation of a multi-family building, transforming it into a single-family home in the old town of Sitges.
The house consists of a ground floor, three upper floors, and an attic. The mobility is solved with an elevator located in the rear courtyard of the property and a single-flight cantilevered staircase attached to the right party wall.
Thanks to this fluid vertical circulation, the layout of the house is organized by floors, with each floor serving a distinct function. On the ground floor, occupying the entire surface of the floor, there is a private recording studio. On the first floor, there is a living room with a play area, a gym, and a suite-style bedroom facing the main façade with access to a small balcony. The second floor contains two more suite-style bedrooms, one of them with its own walk-in closet.
On the third floor, you’ll find the kitchen and a dining area with a terrace facing the main façade, along with a pantry and a guest toilet at the rear façade. Finally, on the attic floor, there is a living room with a balcony at the rear façade and a terrace at the main façade.
